An opportunity has arisen in the marketing department of this successful brand, working across a range of projects for the title, with particular focus on promotion of the jobs network in the UK and Europe.
This vacancy would suit a bright and enthusiastic marketing executive with experience in publishing. Previous experience in marketing recruitment advertising, both online and in print, is desirable.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES * RESPONSIBILITIES:
Driving jobseeker response to advertisements and news features both in print and online.
Generating relevant traffic to our websites using SEO, paid for placement and online advertising techniques.
Reporting and analysis on all activity, on a monthly basis as well as a per campaign basis.
Budget management and creation of marketing plans with regular reviews.
Working with other members of the team on promotional campaigns across all areas of the publications, including advertising, email marketing, online promotion and direct mail
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
Experience of planning and implementing marketing campaigns
Experience of email marketing and the analysis of results
Excellent grasp of all Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new tools quickly and accurately.
Highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail, superior analytical skills and strong business acumen
A clear thinker who will implement and deliver campaigns on time but also contribute at a more strategic level to the key marketing objectives
Able to work autonomously and as part of the marketing team
Creative flair
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Educated to degree level, preferably with marketing*business related qualifications
A minimum of 2 years marketing experience, including significant experience in online marketing
Desirable – some basic HTML coding knowledge
